Now a UESCA accredited ultra-running coach, Mal has launched Alta Trail Coaching to help weekend warrior trail runners achieve their dreams. 

This is a Combo Challenge. Here's how to earn your points:

• Every 1km run = 1 challenge point
• Every 100m climbed = 1 challenge point.

Join the challenge and run anywhere: along or up! Every point you earn during October gives you one entry into the prize draw. Anyone can win, but the more challenge points you earn, the better your chances!
